Video: Josh Levin’s first 5.14

Josh Levin has been on the up for a while now: winning competitions around the region and pushing through the grades. He recently climbed his first 5.14 but jumped a few letter grades in the process. Ian MacLellan caught up with Levin and recorded his daily balance between school, training and climbing his hardest route to date, Livin’ Astro (5.14c) in Rumney, Nh. “Balancing time and school is hard right now, engineering takes up a lot of my time. Getting as many hours as possible in the gym is Definitely hard, but when I am there I try to take full advantage.”—Josh Levin
