DMM Dragon Cams, Rip Off or….?

Posted by

The Dragon Cams are slowly making their way into gear shops across the States. I wrote a review on the Dragon Cams in March, 2010 about their slick design, supposed weight loss, and adjustable slings; the major differences from the Black Diamond Camalot. The BD Camalot patent has expired yes, but… What is your opinion on the new Dragon Cams? Are they a rip off of the Black Diamond Camalots? Is it good to add a little competition to the market? Why do you like or dislike the Dragon’s? And if you have the $$ you can check out a full rack of these guys at gearX.com. Also there has been a recall on the number 6 Dragon Cam so be sure to inspect yours!
